- LONDON: Ayman al-Zawahiri the Al Qaeda leader of jihad terrorists took part in the first set of guidelines. Zawahri said the control on the killing the Hindus, Christians and Sikhs in Muslim areas. Except this another Muslim religion isolated communities must not be attacked.

New strategy document released of
Zawahiri, Al Qaeda by the Indian army in Kashmir, in the Caucasus
