Washington: U.S. President Barack Obama signed a bill on Thursday, Under which scientific will be research in the context of HIV-infected individuals able to organ donations. According to Xinhua News Agency, Obama said in a statement he signed a bill named 'HIV Orgen policy Equity Act, or Hope Act who offered to HIV-infected people with organ donations .
