Melbourne: Australia led by a researcher of Indian origin working in a group of scientists has developed a smart phone application; It can be used by urban areas to monitor of created tension by noise. Distinguished Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation and researchers from the University of New South Wales,Led by Dr. Rajib Rana using smart phone techniques a program is created that is named 'Ear Phone' .

This programme can be give more information about noise in the city and also can help to identify too much noise places. CSIRO in Canberra a worker in the Autonomous Systems Laboratory,Rana said '' This information is very important for city planning. To built school, to choose real estate or accommodation, this information is important.''

Rana said that In Australia  the noise level does not actually measure; But in Britain the noise maps are created every five years. He said,'' We can take samples to detect noise levels from mobile phones .'' They said that there are modern smart phone sensors to collect the necessary data. Initial tests carried out in the big cities of Australia and these readings were confirmed by commercially available sound meters. According to Rana, the next challenge now is to make a beautiful and durable process, Which could encourage people to participate.
