LONDON: A British person a victim of paralysis during the terrorist attack in Mumbai is preparing to sue on Taj Mahal Palace hotel owners . They allege that the owners of the building despite warnings of terrorist attacks, security was not the proper way.

Will Paike lawyers said today  they are going to introduce civil suit for compensation against the Indian Hotel Company Limited part of the Tata Group in the London High Court.

The century-old hotel was the main target during the Mumbai attacks. The attack began five years ago on Monday and lasted several days, over 160 people were killed in the attack. Hundreds of gunmen entered the hotel when guests were staying there at the time. The terrorists started blind - mist and fire was ablaze in the room.
