Obama's

Boston: U.S. President Barack Obama's uncle Onyango
Obama is allowed to stay in the U.S. as
a legal citizen by American immigration judge. Onyango, half-brother of the
president's father was born in Kenya. He came to America in 1963 to study.

After his visa expired in 1970, in the decade of 80’s
he was ordered to leave the country. The
order came to light, In August 2011 when he was arrested on charges of drunk
driving.

court judge in Boston said his decision is based on federal law, Prior to 1972,
under which everybody who comes into the country is entitled to a green card, While
his character is fine. He said, "I took that gentleman, and on this basis
I'd accepted her application."
