World Record created by lighting 5 million bulbs on Christmas
Melbourne: Australia's family to create a world record ,hanging a skirting of 5 lakhs 2 thousand and 165 Christmas bulbs . Such records around the world are being confirmed recorded by the Guinness Book of World Records. According to the Guinness Book of World Records, Richard family of Canberra on a residential property holds the record for putting this many Christmas lights.

Father David Richards told reporters that he had started work in October. The world record was set in 2011 by the family. By this time he had broken the record of a family of New York. She took home three lakh 31 thousand 38 Christmas lights.
Richard said,'' I took a break for a week in October. After that I worked on it every weekend. I have always loved Christmas. Decorate the house with Christmas lights because of that people come to see him, It is a time when people know more about you.''
