Boko Haram has killed 40 people, 300 houses burnt
Maiduguri: Militants in Nigeria's restive northeast, total 40 people were killed and a dozen other people were injured in two different incidents last week. Baba Sehu local administration official of district, said yesterday that the Thursday night, about 70 gunmen attacked from the motorcycle on the Bama city in Borno State.

Sehu told reporters in Maiduguri, the capital of Borno They shot the 27 people killed and 12 injured. They torched nearly 300 houses. He said that when the people suddenly saw the gunmen they going to their homes when the militants began to fire on them. The injured are being treated at a local hospital.
Sehu said that in another incident on Saturday ,In this area, 13 people travelling in a bus ambush by insurgents and killed him. He said the assailants attacked the passengers suddenly. Some passenger escaped safely from vehicle but was chased and killed by rebels. No detailed information about the attack and have not found yet.
