Washington: A
group of Indian origin American Physicians of Central Florida University of
Florida College of Medicine in Orlando a
scholarship fund has donated over $ 30,000 towards for students of Indian
origin. Chairman of Central Florida of Physician from the Indian Subcontinent (CAPI) ,Uday Desai has presented a cheque recently
to the Dean Dobrah, UCF vice president for medical affairs in German.

Desai said,'' We have a strong medical community in
CAPI . And in the care of patients we are already offering the best services. It
will be a permanent memorial in the capital of CAPI commitment to future
physicians. Also it will reassure them that they were at least able to address
the debt of his medical education.''
Desai said the CAPI MD Charitable scholarships will
be based for students of Indian origin on merit and financial needs. In a
message to the Florida Medical Association (FMA) Executive Vice President
Timothy J.. Staplton said, '' FMA, Central Florida CAPI support from the
medical community is thrilled to find this opportunity.''
